Re: EXEC_SHELL_COMMAND_SYNC reporting "no command given"

EXEC_SHELL... commands can not be executed from "pfremcmd.exe".
This is because it doesn't make sense, as you are already executing a command from the shell, hence it doesn't make sense to remotely execute a shell command - this can be done also directly.

Re: Changing Media Library Location

Note, that within all scripts the media libraries are NOT referenced by its path/location, but by its name - i.e. a change of the location would not effect any script: Screenshot 2025-11-12 180740.png

If I understand you correctly you just need/want to change the location of an existing media ...

Re: Changing Media Library Location

First it depends, if you are using folder or playlist based media libraries. I assume you are using folder based media libraries.
Folder based media libraries point to the exact location/path. Of course the info is still displayed, but can not be edited.
It also depends on your scripts. Ie. if you ...

Re: StationVoiceBefore

A new v4.5.2.5 is now available, which excludes filenames ending with .StationVoiceBefore and .StationVoiceAfter from any folder based media libraries.

Re: StationVoiceBefore

Then my next question is: is it possible to select a song from the media library in the script and add a StationVoice before the song, if one is available?
That is the whole point and idea of station voice files!
E.g. when a script selects the track "Adele - Easy On Me.mp3" ProppFrexx will check ...

Re: StationVoiceBefore

I am not talking about your cartwall! I am talking about your regular media libraries.
You have defined (according to the debug log) a following script-line:
Script-Line 6: Random : ANYOF:2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019

And this script-line ...

Re: StationVoiceBefore

Could it be, that your station voice files are also part of your regular media libraries and as such sometimes also scheduled as regular tracks?!
And if that is happening, no related track is of course added, as the regular track is already such Jingle and as such kept and played alone.

See here ...

Re: StationVoiceBefore

The playlist look ahead just queries new tracks from the script. And StationVoice files are applied after, so that this is unrelated.

As said, i can not reproduce here.
You might enable the Debug Logging and reproduce it and then send me the Debuf…log file with the exact track which is missing ...

Re: StationVoiceBefore

Oki, if the track is sometimes missing you might have some ScriptRules defined. Else this is logically not possible. And i am also not able to reproduce the issue.
Are you sure there are no Rules or Restrictions defined?!

Re: StationVoiceBefore

I double checked it, and it is only Script Rules which might modify and suppress such entries.
I might even change that order in the next version, so that StationVoice files are even applied after the Script Rules (which might make sense).

But other than that, I see no chance, that StationVoice ...
