We were looking for the reason why a certain jingle wasn't played. We saw in de explorer that the age last played is 739.745.

Our ProppFrexx is started with parameters -config and -globalconfig. Yesterday the program crashed (out of memory) but when the ProppFrexx Watcher restarted the program it did so without the parameters. So we got the startup windows asking for the audio setup.

Our direct link between studio and transmitter has broken down. It can't be fixed this week. For the moment our backup computer at the transmitter site is playing our webstream via modstream. So normal programs are on air ;)

The maximum time for a modstream in proppfrexx is 24 hours. We ...

Last night Microsoft Defender placed our ProppFrexx ONAIR in quarantine (I think we ran version 4.4.1.0).

This morning I reinstalled the program after downloading it from the PF website. Again the program was quarantained after running for about 10 seconds.

I think I found the error. The "special artist" is played at the top of the script. At the end of the hour the script looped back to line 1 (so the next special artist was scheduled to play, but was never played because it was scheduled after the top of the hour). I will set the loop line ...

Does this also means that, after a restart of proppfrexx, the "sequential modus" will restart at record no 1?

It's just running on one of our webradio's. The medialib is called as first entry in the scripts A->E.

I have tested the scripts and then everything seems OK, but at play-out it isn't. Perhaps our own sync of files (audio-files are synced from google drive once an hour) has something to ...
