I have a problem here with Proppfrex v4.4.0.4 Professional Edition.

The program does not start - hangs on the start window ....Please wait,
creating mixer.

I deleted the default.mixer file, on Bernd's advice. But the error mask appears and it starts all over again. Like a loop that I can't get out ...
