music keeps playing when TOTH is playing

[Soulmaster]

Tried many settings but when the top of the hour is playing the playlist is not refreshing but keeps playing the song befor the TOTH started.

The TOTH is in your case ‘just’ an overlay. As you have defined it like this.
It overlays the playlist in the background.

A change of a playlist is scheduled independently by the program scheduler, but not by the overlay player!
Ie. you have to schedule it there by itself. And just define in the overlay, if you want to pause the underlying playlist.
As said, it is not changing the playlist. That is done by the program.

Fixed the problem. new toth overlay and playlist by the hour and now it's working
