thanks for explaning, but this is what is showing on the TUNEin player "The Artist - {title}"

But this is nothing you so far mentioned in your previous post
If that is displayed in TUNEin, than the command to send to TUNEin is not correct - maybe a small typo somewhere, e.g. the $ missing or the preceeding & to separate the URI parameters?
