When exactly did the exception happen...?
As the 'FileLoadexception' (as indicated by the crash log) is only thrown when a managed assembly is found but cannot be loaded.
And this means...something is corrupt...either the assembly or your hard disk.
And if an assembly can not be loaded, this means the application needing it (ProppFrexx) can not continue to work.
At the moment I would suspect a hard disk error...
So the dump file might reveal more info...but I am not sure.
The debug log from ProppFrexx is for sure not needed, as this is a system exception and no logical problem!
