A v4.0.1.31-beta is available containing the new macros ${ramptimems}, ${ramp2timems} and ${outrotimems}.

If I put the macro to the ProppFrexx.exportformats (<field name="Ramp" start="0" length="0" align="left" pad=" ">${ramptimems}</field>) in .psv file is empty string...

That should actually work...
I just tested the ${ramptimems} macro in the latest v4.0.1.32 and it works perfectly fine!
So maybe your media library entry did not contain a Ramp cue point?!
