A few screen shots might help.
You might also try the v4 to see if the issue appears there as well?

Look at the "Last Played at" column.

ProppFrexx would never 'reschedule' or randomly insert 'old' tracks! And for sure ProppFrexx would never add tracks already marked as played.
So may be you are using some funky Script-Rules where you constantly 'defer' script-line results?!
And those deferred tracks are later added back again?
From those screenshots I can only see, that they are originally coming from your script.

I have not updated my onair pc yet. I might do it tonight.
I am testing on my backup pc for a few hours and it has not happened in v4 with exact same settings as v3.

As you are currently testing the v4 - did this issue ever happen in the v4 so far?
