Also try to locate your .Net Framework installation and try to repair it.
Can you further make the following tests (which will help me narrow doen your issue):
a) when you do a reinstallation, also make sure to remove all *.layout files from your existing ProppFrexx AppUserData folder!
b) can you check, if Drag&Drop (moving nodes) is possible within the Trackboard window?
c) can you check, if it is possible to drag a track from the Find or the Explorer window and drop it to the playlist?
