If the Entry in your LoadTrack line points to the right mp3 file this should work.
What exactly is not working?
And how do you test this?

I have waited to 9 and 10 a clock. The soul & Disco show is not showing up in the playlist. The first scheduled rotation from 08:00 hours keeps running.. At 10:00hours de manual playlist is comming up fine.
In the DJ Player the Soul & Disco show was not loaded.
So far the rotation and the manual playlist script is doing his job. Now only the Mp3 file has to work and then i am complete so far for starting off.

Unfortunately I can not get much info from the screen shots, as they basically only show the program scheduler entries.
Looks like the current time is before 9:00am - and the next program (your Soul & Disco show) is scheduled to start at 9:00.
So what did exactly happen at 9:00 ? Or did you not wait until the due time?
- did a new playlist open automatically ?
- If yes, what tracks have been loaded to that new playlist window?
- is than nothing loaded to the DJ Player?
Alternatively you might also (from within the script editor) - click on the 'Test...' button and send me that output.

That means, that your script is fine, but that the program scheduler entry was not loaded/started.
You might determine why, when you go to the Tools ribbon tag and click on the 'Show Log-Files...' ribbon button and select the Scheduler-Log view and than open the related scheduler log file for that month.

Well, it seems, that you haven't configured the program scheduler entry correctly - the program entry was different from the screen-shot you send before.
a) it was scheduled to start at 08:30 and thus it started late at 8:40 (late programs wouldn't start)
b) it also looks like you have forgotten to select the Script!
