Make a backup of all first. Then remove all.
If you need files you removed, you can restore them.
Removing the entire config and all subdirectories is like a fresh install.

This tip once again worked very well. I don’t know why I sometimes have this “white window” issue, but in any case, for me, this is the solution that fixes the problem.
