As said there is NO 30 minute streaming limit within ProppFrexx!
Also does ProppFrexx NOT use PAL, which is only used by SAM !
It was you saying, that a PAL script was the reason for the 30 minute limit not me?!
Again, the Basic-Version has no such limit. Your assumptions are incorrect.
Did you try the several suggestions I posted above?
If yes, I guess the reason for the stream disconnecting and not being able to reconnect might eg. be that another source kicks it and then connects instead of PF.
Are you running your SAM in parallel?
