As explained (please read again) the ModSteamWatcher/Player CANNOT be started from a script!
You need to use the LoadTrack script-line mode.
But of course, if the URL changed, you need to change the script!

What do you need more than the explanation above?
You select in a script-line the LoadTrack mode (eg. instead of Random). In the Entry column you then specify the URL, by holding down the CTRL-key and click on the ‘…’ button.
You can also search for ‘LoadTrack’ in this forum and will find loads of entries and explanations.

No, as there are already videos on how to create scripts etc.
But here is an image describing it:
(1) you select the LoadTrack as the mode for the script-line action
(2) you click on the 3 dots while you hold down the CTRL-key to specify the script-line entry
(3) this opens the 'Add URL' dialog in which you specify the stream address AND the duration
Finally you click on the OK button.
Please explain where and what you have tried to find what I already described, so that I can improve the existing videos or eplanations etc.?

You can simply pre-generate a playlist for a scheduled program.
You simply use the "Template Playlist Wizard..." (found under the 'New' button in the Main tag) on an existing program entry to pre-create a playlist to be used on that particular time.
Or you open the Program Scheduler, select the related program, make a right-click and select 'Create Playlist Template...'
Both options do the same thing:
- instead of dynamically executing your script and create tracks on-the-fly
- a playlist is created in advance, based on your script
- the related program scheduler is replaced accordingly to now play this playlist instead of the script
- you can directly change the playlist or just voice track it

Seems you use your original single post for all your questions - which makes it hard for others to follow.
Especially since more of your questions have already been answered here.
E.g. search for "Create Playlist Template" or "Playlist Template Wizard" ...
