A list of what all tracks or all values?
But no, there is no list of all used mood or grouping values ever used on any track, as each value is only saved per track.
This list would also not help when you lost some tracks. Plus it is almost impossible to maintain such lists. Assume you delete a track - each time you would now have to check, if this track holds a value which doesn’t exist in any other track…
In short no, thoses lists does not exist.
