After latest updates (I do not know which one exactly) my fixed time elements are not played out. Attached you can find printscreens of my script which was not changed for few months so I do not understand why suddenly no FTEs are played.

Have you checked your Script-History?
I see, that you have specified no Options with your FTEs...so you might want to try, if the FTEs are played, if you set the 'SuppressHistoryCheck' and/or 'SuppressAddHistory'.

Note, that the script-history now might use the relaxed check, like the global history.

Unfortunately I was not able to follow all the changes made in new versions. Of course, the problem was no Options with FTEs. After adding 'SuppressHistoryCheck' and/or 'SuppressAddHistory' everything works fine again.
