There are many reasons, why this could happen, from defect hardware, bad system/audio drivers, up to unattended Windows Updates as well as a simple ProppFrexx bug.

If it is direct ProppFrexx OnAir bug, then an entry would be written to a file called "Error.log" located in the ProppFrexx AppUserData folder - please check if an entry related to the crash date/time is available.

Else, it might be any other issue, in any case the Windows Event Log should reveal some more details about a possible root cause.
So please check your Windows Event Log for a detected application crash and send me the related details as well as a crash dump which might have been written.
If no dump file has been generated, you can create one yourself by using the Task-Manager (right-click on the ProppFrexx Process entry and select to create a dump file).

I can not follow... what has this to do with Saturday and/or a Windows update...?
You can already take a look to the Error.log file and the Windows Event Log...
