Hi,

I would like to automatically play some ads and newsflash during my playlist.
My goal is to play that after an announcement.
For example: "It is 8 o'clock and now the newsflash".

Each ads and newsflash are composed of: a jingle + the message (stored in a specific directory) + a jingle

How can I do?

With the advertising module?

Yes, you might use the News & Advert Manager to plan and manage your Newsflash.

Within ProppFrexx you have now various choices to integrate these planned News into your playlist - depending on your requirements and way of working.
You might either use
a) the Overlay-Scheduler to plan your news play out (in this case the news are played independently by the overlay player)
or
b) use your regular program script to integrate your News

I assume b):
In this case simply add a script-line with the mode 'News' to your existing script, this will (as an Entry) reference your News Category as specified in the News & Advert Manager.
Note, that you can already define a News Category Opener track if needed.
Else you might place another script-line above the News one and define your announcement track here.
