Change custom commands order

Is there a way to change the order of commands in control command builder ?
No, currently not directly within the Command-Builder (except manually adding/removing the commands). So I might add that possibility in a next version.
But you can rearrange the lines in the regular text edit box by simply cutting/pasting the lines.
Note that 1 line equals one command.
