What is the command for a VOICE TRACK marker from external playlist?

Similar to how MUS,BRK or AUD work I would guess

I am affraid there is currently no general VT marker available, as every external schedule might define that proprietary. Within ProppFrexx you can use Placeholders for this.
How does your external scheduler define Placeholders and which one are you using?
