a) What is your "Hourli Chime"?
b) How have you defined it? A bit more details are needed, e.g.
- Have you enabled the 'Allow Start Early' option
- What is the StartType of your Program/Overlay?
- Is that a script you trigger, a FixTimeElement?
- Also, what version (v3/v4) are you using and what license/edition of ProppFrexx are you using?

So may be it is not even a bug, but just because of the way you defined your "Hourli Chime"?

I can not find you as a registered/licensed user?! Latest version would mean v4.0.0.3?!

Anyhow, please read my post above and try to answer all my questions... without further details, I guess I am unable to help!

Please provide me with all the details and settings about your script, program, overlay etc. - whatever you are using to play your "hourly beep"! I need to see your exact settings...

Again: I can not find you as a registered/licensed user?! Latest version would mean v4.0.0.3?!
- What license do you own: Basic, Premium, Professional, Enterprise - or do you use the Demo?
- What exact version number are you using (v4.0.0.3)?

Not much details: there is no type "playlist" !!!
So, can you PLEASE post a screenshot of the following:
- your script
- your program scheduler entry (or your overlay scheduler entry)
- are you using any Script-Rules?
- the 'playlist' (in case you load a playlist somewhere, as you say?)

If you are unable to answer the questions in detail, I can not help!
