PFOA won't start after update to v4.0.0.18

Dear Bernd,
After te update to v.4.0.0.18 I can't start PFOA anymore, my PC gives folowing error (see pic.). Before te update everything worked fine. Te error says I have to install Framework 4.5, but I already did that a while ago.
