Hi,

I have a big problem with my Proppfrexx 3.0 (I use the 3.0.15.21).
For an unknown reason, all my settings (cartwall, mixer, player, routing, input/output, user profile) are gone and when I launch the software, it requests the licence number.

It's like I just set up Proppfrexx but it's been for more than 4 years that I use it with a valid licence.
Any ideas about the problem and the way to fix it!?

When I launch Proppfrexx I have an error message

"You are using an invalid Serial Number and registration key! Please contact your vendor to obtain a valid serial number and registration key!

You are now using a DEMO version"

When I press on "OK", I have the registration windows...and, even it's all the field are filled, I can't (re-)activate Propfrexx.

I'm really sorry but I have no idea where I can find my validation number. I have the name, the e-mail, the serail number and the registration key but not the validation one.

How can I find it?

Okay, thanks for the code, my licence is activated! But all my preferences are gone!
Is there a chance to find a folder with all my settings or I have to do it manually?

No, I have no idea why all your settings should have got lost - ProppFrexx never deletes them...
Also no idea why your license data would be gone either.
What does happen, if you enter the registration data again?

Have you tried to pressed the 'Register...' button in there and then re-entered your Validation-Code and then pressed OK?!
If not, please re-enter Validation-Code ... that should recreate your registration!

In the mail I send you when you requested your keys...

All settings are saved inside the ProppFrexx AppUserData folder.
(e.g. "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\3.0")
If that folder is gone or empty - someone must have deleted it... and you would need to start from the beginning - unless you have a backup somewhere?
