I have some media libraries (playlists) on a Auto. Playlist folder.
When I manually delete any of them using windows explorer and then click Reload button, those libraries are still appear in my libraries.
If I click the reload a few minutes later they do not appear (as expected).

Sounds maybe like a timing issue but not like a real bug as they are removed finally. I'll take a look when I am back from holiday in 1.5 weeks.

Fixed in the latest v4.0.1.27 - update.
