Auto Play skips first entry when a livestream appears second

To reproduce:

Create a blank new playlist
Add any item
Add a livestream (as a URL address), ensuring that it is second in the playlist.
Click "Auto Play"

Both entries are loaded initially but the first entry ends up being skipped.

Fixed in the v4.0.1.46 update.
