if we could be in the same playlist Artist Playlist to line the red light started? To avoid playing the same song or artist to be in 1 hour. Sorry for my bad english.

You might use the Global Song History (see general settings, section Scripts/Scheduler) to avoid that.
However, the this only performs any duplicate check when using a script and running in automation mode.
When manually adding tracks to the playlist, such check would not be carried out and you need to manually make sure that an artist wasn't added twice.

Take a look to the new v3.0.11.11.
It now includes an option in the Global History settings, which allows you to also check for duplicate entries when maually adding tracks to a playlist.
