Hi Bernd,

Our studio version of PF says it is expired and running in demo mode.
Last week it happens also.
Entering the registration code which I have received from you by mail when we ordered PF in 2014 will give me a registry invalid message.

So the only thing that worked was a system recovery which resets the system back to a backup from a week ago.

Now it happens again. What to do? It would not be the thing that we always need to recover the system.

Then probably you PCs Ident-Number might have changed.

Please post me your Ident-Number and mail address you us d to register as well as your current Ident-Number.

Looking at my registration database, I can also see, that just recently your 'old' key was used on 2 different machines at the same time "AFM-STUDIO-1.AladnaFM" and "AFM-STUDIO-1.beheer" ?!
I am wondering how this can be. Can you explain?

It's not been used on 2 different machines. AFM-STUDIO-1.AladnaFM and AFM-STUDIO-1.Beheer are 2 user accounts on 1 machine.
And both have ProppFrexx installed with different databases, so maybe that is the problem??
When I open ProppFrexx in the AFM-STUDIO-1.beheer user account it is registered.
But it only needs to be registered at the AFM-STUDIO-1.AladnaFM user account.

So I need to uninstall the PF installed on the AFM-STUDIO-1.beheer user account and try to register the PF on the AFM-STUDIO-1.AladnaFM user account again?

By the way, the Ident Number is the same as in the mail with keys you provided 2 years ago.

If it is just 2 user accounts it shouldn't be any issue.
Maybe some virus protection software prevents or even cleans the Windows registry (where the keys are stored)?
Else than that there would be no reason why a registration would all of a sudden become invalid.
So what has changed since you have the issue?
The registration is working fine for all other users so it must be something specific to that machine.
One you already re entered the keys and even reenterent the validation code and pressed the ok button to register he keys? Did that say successful? If yes, someone or software must remove the Windows registry entries.

we have only the microsoft security essentials installed on windows 7. Tried it again this morning on the AladnaFM user account. No luck!
It is strange that the Beheer user account is working and is registered.

I get this message over and over again when trying to register.

I did enter the correct information mutiple times, copy/paste and by hand but nothing is working.
I've set the system back to a backup from october 9th and now it is registered again and working fine
But I think in a couple of days the problem will occur again because last time the problem began on thursday the 6th of october and I set the system back at a backup from october 2nd and that worked for 4 days till yesterday.

So I think the problem is back on saturday the 15th of october. I will monitor the system the next coming days and keep my fingers crossed
Otherwise there is somewhere something wrong that is messin' with the registration keys.

Only thing I could find is that the 'short date' format was incorrect. It was set to yyyy-mm-dd instead of dd-mm-yyyy it should be.
The 'Long date' format was correctly set to dddd d MMMM yyyy. Maybe the system was confused by these different date/time formats?
Don't know if that was a problem because it was probably a long time like that.

I have also disabled the automatic updates for now, so we can see if that makes any difference.
Will continue monitoring the system these couple of days.

This pop-up I am getting now saying that PF will expire in 29 days.
