Add playback history to user screen

How can i add the playback history screen to a user setting?
Right now i'm the admin.

You should think so, so look at the diffrerence.
I already fixed it in the Admin mode.

The system we worked on was provided with 2 seperate usermodes. One Admin, the other one DJ user. Several DJ users wanted to look in the playback history. In the DJ users setting that specific option was default. We selected it in the user settings so it became visual.

I am not sure what you mean.
The 'Playback History' screen is a window and nothing user specific.
The window can however be opened from the 'View' ribbon tab, see the 'Playback History' button.
