All,
The standard playlist setting Show in advance is set to 70 seconds. For live broadcasting, this is to short.
We have set this to 600 seconds.
Example: the playlist 19-20 is playing. At 19:40 hr, the playlist 20-21 loads and is next to the current one.
So far so good, but, when the current song at the 19-20 playlist ends, the playlist 20-21 starts. So, 20 minutes in advance.

Anyone an idea what went wrong?

You probably have set the StartType of the program to 'Soft' and also specified the 'Allow Start Early' option.
I guess you simply have to set the 'Max. Early' option accordingly...
Max. Early:
If the program is allowed to start early, this value defines how much early it might start (in seconds).
When set to 0, the 'Show in advance' time is used (as such, this value should be less).

Also try a click on the small question mark icon at the top right of each dialog window...it gives you a full description/help of all options.
