Hello,

Have problems set up D&r Airlite USB and Proppflexx, need help.

-airlite control up and running (usb connect at master)
-proppfrexx onair (laterst version) in demo mode
-GPIO client up and running


- airlite-config-preset: Load this preset at the airlite configuration manager = OK

- airlite.events: Load this events file at the general settings => Events/Commands

first export current event to backup file, then import the same file, results in an error! same with this preset file

- airlite.mixer: ProppFrexx Mixer and Routing for Airlite

Where load this mixer file?

- Default.drl: GPIO Remote Mapping for Airlite

Where load this file?

How is the Airlite configured with this sample?
Channel 1-3: Mic
Channel 4: Player A
Channel 5: Player B
Channel 6: Player C
Channel 7: Cartwall and PFL Player and Overlay Player
Channel 8: VoIP / Skype
First row of control buttons 1-8: Cartwall 1 (start / stop 1-8 entries)

Local soundcard: Monitor signal (same as PFL).

USB 1 Output (Main Out): In 1 at ProppFrexx. This channel has to selected for stream source. Hasn´t to be unmuted. (see page 19 of the airlite manual)
USB 3 Output (Voice Track signal): In 2 at ProppFrexx for voice tracking and pre recording your voice. (see page 19 of the airlite manual)

Installation:
1) Import all files at the right direction.
2) Check your mixer settings and add the correct usb channels of the airlite to your single in- and outputs.
3) Restart ProppFrexx.



I really appreciate any help you can provide

Which airlite preset files are yountalking about.
I assume it might be a set of config files provided by a user?!

I´ve created these files - what is exactly your problem? You have to place the files at C:\User\your-username\AppData\Roaming\radio42\...
dlr file need to be stored at C:\User\your-username\AppData\Roaming\radio42\ProppFrexx GPIO/4.0/
Try the new events export. I´ve updated the repository: https://github.com/benhartwich/proppfre ... ee/Airlite

Loading the mixer file: Place the file at C:\User\your-username\AppData\Roaming\radio42\ProppFrexx On Air/4.0 and you can load it within the settings sections at Input/Output

the faders starts en stops now but can't change the volume?

that's indeed an error in the Event-Importer.
A fix is now available in the v4.0.2.9-beta (so please "Check for Beta-Versions...").

I would like to change the volume with the faders, but can only start and stop the players?

The D&R Airlite does not allow this. Only an ON/OFF state is reported by the Airlite, but not any fader position!
However, this is also normally not needed, as the Airlite is a real mixer and not a console; meaning the fader position of the Airlite already changes the volume of the related channel.
If you would in addition also change the volume of a PF mixer channel in parallel; you would change the volume twice! This is normally not desired!

there was a problem with USB in windows which Proppfrexx ONAIR not working properly, it has been resolved. The beta version v4.0.2.9 is unfortunately jammed a few times. v4.0.2.8 working stable

If PF 'jammed' there will be some entry in the file called 'Error.log' in the AppUserData folder.
Else it was probably your system which 'jammed'?!
