Voice track folder

Hi Bernd,

When voice tracks are recorded, remotely or not, they're stored in a specific folder (I can see the path from the main voicetracking recorder window). Is there a way to do an "auto delete" of those files after a dedicated time??cause after a few weeks those files take a huge amount of disk space if you don't delete those manually.

Thanks,
T.

What you can do today is go to the general setting, section 'Encoding/Recording' and the...
...specify the same "Rec. Output Path" as well as the "Playlist Templ. Path".
Then you can use the "Keep X days" setting next to the "Rec. Output Path". This does the following:

Keep: (Keep Recording Files)
The number of days to keep recorded files (house keeping option). After these days audio files in the recording folder will be deleted automatically. Specify 0 to disable this.
By default the Keep X days option is disabled.

When both folders are the same, then also your voice tracking audio-files will be deleted.
The sub-folders however needs to be delete manually.
But you might write yourself a small cron job or shell script to do so...
