when my PF is going from a program to another (set to soft sync) it start the first track of the second program at the end of the first program's last file and not at the next marker of this same last track. is there a particular option for that?

Yes, take a look to the 'Mixing Time' options of the Program Scheduler Entry. It needs to be set to 0 in order to use the Next cue point.
Else click on the '?' Icon at the very top right of the dialog.
