Special Playlist Inserts

Hello Bernd,
i was trying on programming a new method the makes me able to insert special tracks based on certain criteria in the playlist and thought you can help with the suitable technique to do it in PFOA
the scenario i want to be executed is as the following
i have 3 players A, B and C
when a track is loaded in C (but not played yet), something check the Tag of this track
when it finds a certain predefined criteria for Example (Artist Name = X and year = 2017)
it then executes a command to insert another track file either from a playlist or predefined track either before or after the existed track already in C
is that can be done?
noting that i've checked special script rules but it doesn't support this option
