I added "Playing" to the song title updates. Because I have NextSongTitle on it is also for the coming song. I think this can not be changed, is that right?

No, as this is a dedicated feature of a SHOUTcast v2 server.
There also no need to add this extra 'Playing: ' text, as SHOUTcast v2 uses 2 different and distince meta data update values for the current and the next entry.
As you can already see on your screenshot it already locates both under the 2 labels 'Playing:' and 'Coming:'.
So it would be useless to add 'Playing' and 'Coming' to the song title updates itself. Both must use the same format string.

I don't get what you are saying or asking?!
I though you where asking, if you can specify a different format for the current and the next format. The answer is no - bot use the same format!

That you can change the format of the song title itself seems to be clear, as you already modified it (the 'Playing: ' prefix is not the default and was added by yourself I guess).

I indeed added "playing" to make it visible on, for example, a media player or via a bt connection to a car radio.
