Good day,
I have created a usser account called live as (default operator).
when I set up my 2 screens with the windows and save them in workspace, "current" and then close PF and I start it up again and log in under user live then I have lost the layout I made,
if I then go to workspace and load the saved workspace here, the layout is there.
my question is why it doesn't load the saved layout when I log in under usser live.

settings and option, look and feel: check "save layout on exit"

By default the layout of the window of current user is saved (in case the above option is set, which is the default) when you exit PF or when the user is logged out.
The Workspace option you used are there to store additional scenes/window layouts on top of the default user ones.

The layout of the playlist window (arrangement of the columns etc.) is saved manually, see the playlist ribbon tab - Miscellanious, load/save layout.
