Yes, you can set a track option in the playlist to 'Toggle Hook Option' (Alt+H).
(or right-click -> Track Settings -> Toggle Hook Option or Options: UseHookCuePoints)
Or, if the track is already loaded to the DJ Player, just click on the 'NORM' button (if in small or medium size view) resp. on the 'HOOK' button (if in large size view)
