Is it possible to get a feedback with mic sound without delay?

Yes of course you can get it without a delay (or better to say with a not noticeable delay).
But this depends on your sound card and your driver resp. driver model!
Most consumer sound cards and products are not designed for low latency. But professional cards do.
They typically use an ASIO driver.
If you have a sound card not supporting ASIO natively, you might try www.asio4all.com
