System backup

Where would I find information on how to back up the software to a portable hard drive encase of technical difficulties?
See the Tools ribbon tab, and the 'Create Backup...' button.
(note, this does NOT backup any audio files)
Or do it manually by making a copy of the ProppFrexx config folder, the script files, the Advert Storage Path etc.
