hello i was wondering what the blinking green car icon means
and also i wanna know what the red On air logo that says On air does?

These are just indicators. These is no special function inside ProppFrexx associated with it. But you can assign a status (On/Off) and any control-command with them. Eg. a mixer button can result in a command for a VST (eg. StereoTools) to indicate a traffic signal for your FM/RDS transmitter. Another example is an ONAIR lamp.
The ‚car‘ icon means: traffic announcements.
The ‚on air‘ icon means: your mics are open.
