hello i got a error on the programm it wont open my layout anymore it says Please wait, Restoring layout

I removed all .layout files only still notings opens.

anyone who got a fix

Did you close ProppFrexx before you deleted all .layout files? And when/how did that start?
It sounds there is a serious issue on your hardware/environment.
The next only possible thing is to also delete all your .config files as well as the .mixer file.

This kind of resets all your configuration and you would need to start from scratch.
Have you maybe copied your config over from another PC?

can i also reinstall the program?

Reinstalling will not overwrite or remove the config!
If you want to make a cleanup - just remove the entire AppDataUser folder (%appdata\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\4.0).

And make sure to not use a PC with a deactivated license/Ident-Number. As you just have changed your Ident-Number and I transferred your license to it.
And what you explain also would explain what you experience. ProppFrexx would not start up with a deactivated Ident-Number.

So maybe you also try a simple reboot.
