what would be nice is if the scripting could have pyhthon capability including an api and debugging environment so our scripts could be even more dynamic

I am afraid, that this will not be implemented in the near future. But I record this onto the wish list.

that's ok. just as log as it's registered thought. i know the task itself would be far from easy.

ProppFrexx can start with certain events a external program or she’ll script, eg. to start a Python script.
But there are no plans to integrate Python into ProppFrexx.
