I've already searched the internet. Maybe you can help me? To shoutcast/icecast, only the artist / title of the track that is playing in Proppfrexx at the moment that I start listening, is updated. Any next track will not be updated. What could this be please? Thankfully. Gr, Bart

Are you talking about a stream you are listening to within ProppFrexx? Or a a stream you are send to a server?
I assume the first?! If yes, how, where are you playing it?

If you play a stream in a DJ Player of a playlist, have you enabled the ‚Update Stream Title in Playlist‘ option in the general playlist settings?
If yes, maybe that stream doesn’t send updated meta data?
Please send the URL of the stream you have issues with to take a look at.

Ahh, because you said ‚I start listening’…

However, in that case ProppFrexx always sends meta data updates when you enable the ‚Auto Update‘ option in the streaming server settings.
You can even check this in the network monitor window. Enable the status window of it and you‘ll see the last updated song title send to the servers!

So what exactly is your exact issue here? Do you also see the update on the server‘s status page?

Note, that ICEcast only supports updating the current song title. SHOUTcast 2 is supported as well and it’s options can also be set in the streaming server config. But no player really supports the v2 protocol yet. But you can monitor those updates also on the server pages.
