even distribution of songs

Hi Bernd I have a question.
I am running a show weekly that is one hour long. I have a folder of 500 songs that are used in that show. What would you suggest the settings be for an evenly distributed playlist of the show so there a little repeat of songs as possible. Thanks Tom.

Just use the ‘LastRecentlyPlayed’ mode.
It uses the entry statistics per track and always picks a track which was last recently played, with a slight variation (randomness) of tracks most far away.

Bern another question in reference to songs played. I run the software in automation no playlist. The computer picks the songs. If I am running an hour special show. Let's say from 1 to 2pm. Is there a feature that will allow me to see how many times a song is played from a particular
folder that the show pulls from daily or weekly. I want to track the music played on that particular show to see have ProppFrexx handles repeats of tracks.

You should enable the Global Statistics in the general settings. And you can then use the Statistics app to monitor all tracks played.
See the tutorial video for details.
Alternative you can look at the Entry Statistics per track to monitor the play count.

Where do I find The "entry statistics?"? And do I download the statistics app from where?

The statistic app is already available in your installation folder - see tutorial video. It is called ProppFrexx Statistics.exe.
It relies on the global statistics data being written.
The Entry Stats (play counter and last play date) are available for each track, eg. in the entry info. Klick eg. ALT+2 from the library or the find window or even the playlist.

cant find the installation folder for statistics where do i find the complete video series?

The default installation folder is: "C:\Program Files\radio42\ProppFRexx ONAIR" - may be your Windows has hidden it?!
The app is called "ProppFrexx Statistics.exe"
