I recently added remote media libraries to our VoiceTrackers, so they can have access to the radio database to insert tracks into their playlists.

When they open a new Remote Voicetracking session and try to VoiceTrack, ProppFrexx freezes and shows this notification:



Everything worked before adding the Remote Media Library. The items are not from the remote media library but from the same drive.

Removing the remote media libraries and restarting does not solve the issue.

Unchecking this checkbox fixes the issue, but using the remote library is not possible without this offcourse.

The none responding dialog indicates, that you have no access to the remote media libraries!

Does all your voice trackers are using an Enterprise Edition (which is needed for remote media libraries?)

So this is probably just a license issue.
