I have just installed the latest upgrade and all seemed to load and install without issues at first, but couldn't get anything through PFL. Closed the program and restarted, loading box comes up but when that closes the program no longer opens

Sounds like your audio devices changed. Maybe due to a parallel OS update?
Regardless, close PF and remove the file „Default.mixer“ contained in the ProppFrexx AppUserData folder. After you need to perform the mixer setup again…

Thanks removing Default.mixer didn't resolve the issue but removing My.mixer did. so back up and running
