Not sure what happened but yesterday everything was fine but for today the Seque Editor doesn't open up.
I have tried to restart ProppFrexx and also the computer but still nothing.
I have tried to open with short key, right-click and also Playlist menu / Seque Editor. Same issue: it just mark the selected and the following file but doing nothing.
How can it be resolved? Thanks

I have reinstall the 4.4.4.0 but same. The Seque Editor doesn't come up.

Maybe you have accidentally moved your segue editor location to an invisible location (which might also happen, when you change monitors).
You can 'Reset' your layout as eg. described here: viewtopic.php?p=18396

A reinstall does help, as the layout is in your config folder (ProppFrexx AppDataUser folder), which is unchanged with a re-install - that's why this does NOT help
