I am having some trouble with my Korg nanoKontrol. For some reason all of a sudden I am unable to control my ProppFrexx. I tried another controller and it did the same thing so I guessing it could be an OS issue.

I am now thinking of doing a refresh on my machine and want to make sure I have all my settings and configurations backed up. What do I need to do to have a complete backup of the settings and configuration?

You need to save your entire ProppFrexx AppUserData folder (or the folder you specified as your global config).
In addition you need to save all your .pfs script files and all your media libraries (as you can save them in your user defined folders).

But as your Korg nano is probably ‚only‘ MIDI,
I doubt, that a ‚fresh‘ install will change anything.
Better check your GPIO connection and monitor your MIDI monitor events.
Maybe your MIDI events don’t arrive properly anymore. I guess the Korg had a native MIDI mode - maybe this changed?
