Artist not playing for some time

Is it possible that when a artist was played the same artist has to wait for lets say 3 hours to enter again the playlist..
Sure, you can define this in the global history settings.
Note, that the history settings have to be large enough to hold 3 hours of tracks. And note, that your meta data has to be edited properly for all tracks.
