Other windows users cannot open proppfrexx

Hello,
We have installed Proppfrexx professional on a machine (machine has three drives, we have installed it on drive D (not local drive)) using an admin user (for whom it works), and I think I read in the user manual that all other windows users should also have access to proppfrexx by just entering the exact same registration information when opening the app for the first time.
It doesn’t work for us : the non admin user receives an error “the registration was NOT successful” when trying to do just what I described. Is that normal, and if not, how can I fix it?
Last resort, if i would rather have the license under the normal user instead of the admin user, how should I go about that ? Can i just delete proppfrexx and reinstall it from the other account for it to work ?
