Track Insert Transistion issues

After updating to v4.5.1.6, I'm experiencing issues with my track insert transitions on Sweepers. I’ve selected NEXT as the out point, which should be timed with the Ramp of the next song. About 1 in 5 sweepers do not overlap the intro. The next song waits until the NEXT point before starting, even though it has a RAMP.
I’ve defined in the script line that the song following the Sweeper must have a ramp duration of 5 seconds or more. Still, it often plays the entire Sweeper before starting the song. I’ve specified in "Mixing by entry type" that Sweepers should always use "Start with cue in or end with ramp of next track." This worked perfectly in earlier versions, and Sweepers would always overlap the ramp of the next song as a track insert transition. Now it randomly chooses not to do this, and I can’t figure out why.

Please send some examples. Ie. the two or three audio files in question and the playlist. Or at least a screenshot of the segue editor. And also the script in question and what transition you have used. Plus the exact setting. Else I can hardly reproduce your issue.

Tanx for looking into this!
Here is a link to dropbox folder with the playlist + screenshots of all my settings related to Sweepers and Track transitions.

Thanks for providing all the settings, this is very helpful.
Your automatic track insert transiiton is set to VO:StartWithCueInOrEndWithRampOfNextTrack - while your default for manual transitions is set to StartWithCueInOrEndWithRampOfNextTrack (without the VO: !).
Do you mind also providing the two audio files (1) the Alexander O'Neil audio file and the Sweeper file), then I might reproduce it even better.
And please also explain, what your desired expectation is, as in my tests it all worked as designed.
The selected 'VO:StartWithCueInOrEndWithRampOfNextTrack' transition will ensure, that the sweeper will always stay in the playlist as an individual file, if its effective insert duration is bigger than the ramp time of the audio track and the sweeper will end with the Ramp position.
While, if the effective insert duration of the sweeper is shorter than the ramp time of the audio track, the sweeper will start with the CueIn position of the audio track.
Maybe you are missing the new 'End at CueOut' transition setting - see the screenshot. As in the new version (resp. since v4.5.1.5) the effective insert duration might either use the sweepers Next or CueOut cue-point to determine its effective duration and end.

I just added a video to the Dropbox folder above. "Screen record Sweeper test.mp4"
The video demonstrates my settings and illustrates the issue I'm experiencing with Sweeper transitions not working as they did before. In the video, only the first song receives an automatic Sweeper transition, even though all the songs have a ramp duration greater than 5 seconds and use the same scriptline settings.

Thanks for the video.
Please try the new v4.5.1.7 - it should fix your issue. There was a small typo regarding the insert length calculation.
