advert problem

Hi after update to 4.5.3.5 we open a new customer and his campaign and all look ok on the program but NO play this adds only all that are programmed before with all old customers how we can solve it's important/urgent please help us !

The error can not be more clear.
The audio file can not be used, as the name and path is invalid.
Maybe the SPACE character after MALLORCA ?

The error points to an invalid file path, possibly caused by the extra space after MALLORCA. I would check the filename and folder path first, then test the new campaign again.
